"In a word: Fantastic! In many words: Ryan managed to take multi-year neglect and make it beautiful. Outstanding job on 3000 ft2 of beige vinyl siding, plus brick-and-concrete front porch and walkway. Not only were the house, concrete, and brick beautiful when he was done - even the moss-covered white gutters were shiny, and he also managed to knock-down and clean the 2 old wasp nests (and adhesive spots) from below the eaves. From his own diligence, by the time he hit a couple hard spots a third time, even the very slight shutter-bleed was clean. ALL OF THIS was done with a pet-friendly soft-wash, so I didn’t have to worry about warped siding from some rookie’s over-powered, ultra-high pressure-wash (and trust me, I checked).
